Google changed the logo to the site on 8 December in honour of what would have been 125 anniversary artist Diego Rivera Mexico (December 8, 1886 – November 24, 1957).
Born in the fmaily is relatively affluent, Rivera studied painting as a child and moved to Europe to continue his studies as a young man. PBS's "American Masters" the lasting impact of artist's biography describes education Europe will have future artistic:
Rivera became famous for his large, colorful mural painting, which often depicted scenes of everyday life and reflects the confidence Mexico Marxist politics. He was commissioned to decorate the large public buildings such as schools and Government offices with his paintings.
Google doodle honoring Rivera borrowed some elements of the portfolio and rendering features-style mural artist working hard on a sweeping depiction of Mexico–the country's historic architecture, native city of modern steel frame that goes up towards the sky. Towards the Centre of the doodle is a representation of diverse population crowding Mexico: peasants, city workers ' Trade Union, employers, a mother and child, and others. The artist himself can be seen on top of the scaffolding on the left side doodle. At the bottom right, two female figures observing the mural; one, a green scarf wearing in the shoulder and red flowers are woven into the hair, is the possibility of Rivera's wife, Frida Kahlo.
Kahlo and Rivera's marriage is rocky but the eternal one. "Famous," Kahlo was honored with his own Google logo on 06 Jul 2010.)
